Agree.

I think I did get lucky and I'm not counting on it for future games.

I did manage to create a bit of buzz from my original trailer and Touch Arcade did a few posts about Krashlander when it first came out. I'm sure that didn't hurt. :-)

Here is my original trailer. Not the best production values, but I think it shows a unique game.

I just emailed their "tip" email address, told them about my game, and sent a link to the trailer.

Also posted in the forums and had quite a bit of discussion about the game there. I think that helps. I a game gets a lot of buzz in the forums I think you have a good chance of getting noticed by Eli and company.
