Stuck in the Hot New Games List?

I incorrectly posted my problem in the wrong thread so apologies are in order.

The games Meteoropolis and Star Killer have been on the "Hot New Games" list for a long while even though many newer and much more actively discussed games have come and gone. I'm not sure if these games are being promoted from within TouchArcade or if this is a bug. The only comments the games have received since April are people wondering why they're still showing up. Thanks!

I don't know if there's any truth to it, but someone in the Metropolis game thread stated that the developer, Adam Hale, has been leaving and immediately deleting comments in the thread to artificially inflate the game's status. If that's truly the case I hope it gets addressed soon, because I'm sick of seeing those 2 stupid games every time I open the TouchArcade app.

Well we should feel bad for accusing the dev

It's not the dev at all. It's an issue with the app which will be fixed

There's no strange goings on at all with any dev or games thread

Regards

Yeah, this has nothing to do with Adam Hale. In fact, "adamhale" hasn't been active on TouchArcade for the last 2 months. It was just a bug in the system that's already been fixed. Case closed.
