It is the first in the world of its kind. The amazing thing about our app is that it takes the texture directly of the page that has been colored in and applies it to a 3D model! It's aimed at kids, but is a great way to experience augmented reality if you are interested. WHY WE CREATED THE APP Recently there has been a lot of media about children being addicted to mobile apps. Our app puts the fun back in the activity - coloring in the page with real pens and crayons. We have found from testing the app that kids spend A LOT of time coloring as they are excited to see what their design looks like on a 3D model. In short, our company developed this idea to make coloring books cool again! It is a great group activity for children between 4 and 11 as you can keep printing the coloring pages out again and again off our site http://colarapp.com and only need one i-pad.
