      Hi, I'm trying to rate a game on the App Store without writing a review. It's possible, right? I'm giving 5 stars, then it says "Thanks". But my vote is not counted. Also I cannot see my rating after refreshing the page. Please help?

      You could always rate through gamecenter.

      There is no place to rate a game on my game center? Can you explain a bit further?

      Last time I wrote a review for the App Store, there was a decent delay (I'm guessing they approve reviews before they go up). Perhaps there's a delay for ratings as well? It might just be the way the system works. With that said, I don't know for sure.

      Plus why not simply write a short review. That's the whole point of reviews to help other people decide whether to buy it or not

      I haven't checked in a while but I thought you could simply rate the app (stars) when in the App Store using your iDevice and submit that without writing anything?...
