Yesterday I finally finished all of the others. All characters at level 100, and the 2 barbarians are level 102. Ranger kicks butt at level 126. Strangley enough, at almost exactly the same time I reached 1,000,000 coins too (with nothing to spend them on) Can't wait for Battleheart II ..
