Looks interesting, but not sure I can justify $1.99

Any gameplay impressions?

Note:

The Learning Curve is so bold that I ask myself if the Developer forgot that this Game should be fun and not feel like I had to be literally the Video Game Colin McRae himself to master this Game even on Easy.

Such a shame this game seems to have clumsy controls. Looking at the screenshots the buttons are ridiculously placed. Dont devs look at existing games which are similar for a clue about what controls work well ? Is the left and right button really placed like that ? Terrible decision.

I do like the look of the graphics and the 'mad max' style cars but its a classic case of a ridiculous control system which seems to totally ruin it.

I dont get that many people (here and i'm sure other sites) would gladly test for free but devs dont seem to bother.

Shame as i wanted this but seeing the placement of the buttons, nope !

We have just released 1.1 update, which addresses this issue thoroughly. There are two new difficulty levels ("true" EASY and MEDIUM) in addition to the most difficult HARD, which stays the same as in 1.0.

Both Free and Full versions got updated, so everyone is welcome to try it first for free before buying .

The Free version AppStore link is as follows:

http://itunes.apple.com/app/cardust-free/id530069540?mt=8

Regarding the controls issue raised by psj3809 - point taken. We work on new control schemes and will try to release it in the following update. So, hopefully, you'll finally find the game worth trying .

Along with the 1.1 update release, we have a short CarDust sale: it's $0.99 all the coming week - for all those who hesitate .
