I clicked on refund, then 1 second later I got an e-mail saying I've been refunded successfully. Must be a bot, never seen that happen... Last time a human contacted me and gave the refund.
Yeah it was a human that emailed me when I had one once, and it was a few hours later too. Wonder if they've changed the system.
