They've already done so several times. One issue of GameInformer mentioned a class-action lawsuit against the dev of Banner Saga over the titlement of 'Saga' on King's games (which is all of them), something as simple and stupid as that. The dev testified many times, but King, as idiotic as they are in my viewpoint, kept persisting. Banner Saga dev simply left the suit and said 'I quit, have your damn title if you want.' and never spoke again.

So basically, they're releasing games that are copies of others, and basically copies of themselves, and yet they can do acidic business practices, and get away with it.

This could have been a great game if it was released as premium but I like to play continuously for lengthy periods. That's my main enjoyment out of these sorts of games but you can't do that with this so I deleted it. Pity. It could have been a classic premium game.
