Hi, i'm the developer of the game, it's simple:

1) you have to avoid the heart to "collapse" this is done by entering into the heart and the brain (so it's a game against time)

2) hit the bullseyes under the heart to enter in it.

3) hit the bullseyes on the left side of the brain to open the metal tunnel to enter on it.

4) have fun playing.

5) if you do a record the points will be posted on the official site to the global ranking (soon available) and also stored into the application.

BTW, I'm a huge pinball fan, and, considering the source material you had to work with (I assume this is loosely based on a Bayer hypertension pharmaceutical), you did a pretty good job!
