To add someone, you need to friend them on facebook. That gets you an extra "posse" member, and an extra coin per win (3 if using trippler). The max is 10 or 12 I think. I have 9 posse members, so have 1-3 extra slots, if someone wants to PM me their facebook name to be added.

My referral code is MRGWAR3. As others have mentioned, referral codes work a little differently in this game - you don't need them to add friends (Facebook is used for that), nor do they give you any perks if you enter one normally. Instead, if you choose to actually spend real-life MONEY on the game, they'll give you a one-time 50% Rubicoin Bonus to both yourself AND the person whose code you enter. The person buying can only get this bonus once (which kinda discourages multiple purchases - but does mean you'll the get most benefit if you do a large purchase when you enter a referral code). However, other people can use YOUR referral code multiple times and you'll get the benefits each time. So the best thing to do, really, is NOT to use my code. Instead, you want to find someone else that plans to make a similar purchase who hasn't entered their code yet, and "trade codes." Each of you enters the other player's code when buying the Rubicoins - if you both buy the same package, the end result will be BOTH players will get a 100% boost in coins earned (50% as the buyer, 50% as the recipient). The designers have mentioned that the referral bonus may drop to 25% after a month or so, so if you like the game and are considering investing in premium currency, you might want to do a 'code trade' sooner rather than later. I might want to do that myself at some point - it might seem more practical after I get done with my 10-hour work shift today and have the mad money from the OT to put towards that.
