I bought this game recently on the recommendation of LordGek. It is a really nice physics match 3 game and I am certainly enjoying it.
The game seems to be quite challenging and often it takes me several tries simply to survive a level with 1 star. Scores of 4 stars seem pretty unobtainable. When I failed a level several times, the game let me demo the "Magic Ball" add-on for several levels, which to permanently obtain costs a dollar. It made finishing levels pretty easy and I got several 4 star scores. However, it seems like cheating and I am not so keen to buy it. There should be separate leader boards depending on whether the Magic Ball is used. In any case, it somewhat lowers my opinion of the game, but I still like Toy Balls! quite a bit. |

That makes more sense. In the "try it out" mode it was available continuously within a level which was overkill.

My own weird annoyance with the game is how they dropped the corny quips in Episode 2 & 3. I loved the very corny quips (at the start and end of each level in episode 1). Sure they were hoaky but sometimes gave useful clues on how to approach the level. Last edited by LordGek; 09-17-2012 at 11:27 AM.. |

I have played through all the levels that are included in the standard game (Episode 1 levels). The Episode 2 and 3 level packs are only a buck a piece which seems reasonable if they are not simply more of the same. Can anyone who has played the extra episodes offer any comments?
