I was asked to write a post mortem for our first iPhone game called Hopido a while ago. You can read it here. On the same site you can find another post mortem for Digital Chocolate's California Gold Rush (the site is for a university research project). I searched around the forums and found that at least a couple other TA members had written post mortems. So instead of starting a separate thread for my own scribblings, I thought it might be more useful to collect links to all post mortems to the same place. Oh there's so much more to add to the Depict story. We just became an OpenFeint Gold game so I'm sure there's a roller coaster ride ahead of us.
