We at Code Critical are thinking down the road and what we want to develop as apps #2, 3 and 4. Each of us have different ideas, but thought it would be interesting to see what this audience viewed as a 'game hole' in the app universe. Or, have we reached critical mass and there are no more original games
I can't think of any games on iTunes that haven't been done yet, but I can think of some areas that are lacking. I've noticed that there seems to be a lack to good FPS games like Doom and N.O.V.A., and there is also a lack of games like Myst (a First-Person-Puzzle game) and Amnesia: the Dark Decent (not on iTunes, but it is a survival horror game without weapons, here's the link to it on Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/57300/)
