Mame4IOS Reloaded not working on IOS 5.1.1?

Hi all, just jailbroke my 4s again today after updating to IOS 5.1.1.
When i try and run Mame4IOS Reloaded it won't work, i try and launch the app but it won't launch, just keeps quitting on me.

Can anyone confirm the same problem? Maybe it needs to be updated to run on 5.1.1?

It was working fine for me when i was jailbroken on IOS 5.0.1

dont suppose you guys are using tethered jailbreak?

I found certain jailbreak apps will constantly quit on you if you install them after the tethered jailbreak has been done. I had that with imame4all reloaded doing that so I just loaded up redsnow again and asked it to boot tethered again, and the jailbreak apps that kept quitting all the time stopped doing it.

Thanks for posting! I too have been suffering the same problem. I had just finished updating and jailbreaking two devices on iOS 5.1.1 - untethered via Absinthe 2.0.1. I was having trouble updating my last and most important device (my primary MAME machine!). So I guess I'll count my lucky stars I couldn't update... until Seleuco does a fix.

i already know the problem...

i didn't fake signed the mame binary... this jailbreak don't allow to run not fakesigned binaries.

I'm in a middle of development adding local multiplayer and true analog input so i will update in a few days

meantime you can do a ssh connextion an do a "ldid -S mame" on /Applications/MAME4iOS.app folder.

Yep, must be a problem with the app because im having the same problem on my iPad 2 and my 4s both unthethered on 5.1.1. Hopefully it's only something small that seleuco can fix.

BTW, Seleuco, does MAME4xxx recognize all the distinct buttons on a Classic Controller attachment? I had a feeling that the L/ZL shoulder buttons (or by extension, the R/RL buttons) were seen as one and the same. Perhaps I'm mistaken...

Can you explain in more detail how to get the fix?
Do you edit a text file or it it a comand that has to be run?
