How are the controls on the HD version? I much prefer playing games on the iPad, but find that for platformers the iphone sometimes works better.

Hi Lena, thanks for your interest in Blobster!

Extra care has been taken to ensure good controls on the iPad. On the iPad you have an extra control that we call "The Blobster Remote" which allows you to stretch him using your thumb at the edge of the screen, so you do not have to move your finger all over the larger display - though this also works for players who prefer it!

Thanks divinerobot!
It is so weird that this thread is so empty! I hoped to hear from people who are playing the game. I am very glad to read that you took extra care with the iPad controls though, so I bought it, and I can confirm that the controls work fine on the iPad.

Sad to say that I have to agree with the TA review about the sound though. I have never played a game before that I absolutely wanted to mute

Hi Lena, great to know you appreciate Blobster! We are know some people don't like the sound effects - we'll look into it and see what we'll do about that. In the meantime, have fun in Bloptopia and spread the word! /Blobster Dev Team
