Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to redeem Steam codes as a gift Sorry.

Sadly you can only redeem them for yourself (same as the App Store...)

Aww man... Having such a bad day today... just typed in ALL 124 codes from imagur that they posted and none worked... this sucks was my onl way of getting the game...

If you're not too desperate for it, you can just wait for the Summer sale. It'll probably go on sale again for the same price or maybe even cheaper :O
