Tower defense

Pretty good game, but I have enough tower defense games ATM. Guess I was hoping for something else.

This is a potentially enjoyable game, but the one thing that's making me wince all the time is the animations. They're stiff and very minimal, they need to be made to look more fluid.

also zooming in a little closer wouldn't hurt, of course since the animations are rather choppy, you probably wouldn't want to at this point.

the mechanized pieces seem to move way too fast, even though they're mechanized.

also game shouldn't start in fast forward mode by default, really makes the animations look even worse at that point.

a thing that took me a minute or two to get used to is that there's a grid on the playing field, but 'tower' placement is at the intersection of the grids, not inside the grid 'boxes'. i think this might have something to do with the size/changes to the tower icons as you upgrade them (which is a welcome change from the many td's that don't indicate tower levels visually).

that all aside, i am looking forward to the updates for this, hopefully will make this more like some of the other nice TD's the ipad has.

hopefully its as simple as using the better animations that were cut out in order to make the app smaller... (its 90mb, not 900 i can live with another 100 if it'll make it play smooth like butter.

i love WW2 games, and TD game, mixing the two is the sauce for me, so hoping this sauce gets a little more love
