Well, the update is out now, and the preinstalled size has ballooned from 171 to 430 megs. I guess retina art takes some space. Also included are new cut scenes, new levels, and improved controls.
iCloud support is also in, but as this isn't a universal app, I guess it will just sync between iPads? Or is there a way to sync to a different version of the game, like the iPhone version? |

Games should have the retina graphics as a download from within the game, and only offered when run on a new iPad. I'm not sure if that's doable, but I wish that it were.

I'm pretty sure that is doable. I think I downloaded retina graphics for Ninjatown Trees of Doom as well as one of the Space Miner games, both from within game

Fragger did it as well... So yes, it is very doable.

Really glad to (finally!) see this update. I stopped playing when I realised the Game Center achievements were messed up and coming back to it now is a real eye-opener. The game looks simply stunning on the Retina iPad. Bravo Revolutionary Concepts!

It's really not that big of a deal unless you're an app hoarder. Buy and play games for the experience, not the app size!
