"One of those addictive games that you wont want to put down. 9.6 out of 10." --SFX-360.com

Momma wants a new necklace NOW, but sadly she can't afford it! Only her children can help!

In this game, you control Momma as she aims and drop-kicks her children into a shiny field of jewels and gems! Once launched into the air, Mommas helpful children will hit, bounce and ping off pegs like pinballs in order to collect the gems that Momma wants.

Kickin Mommas children will do anything to make her happy, so help them achieve the right kicking strategy and with a bit of luck you will be able to win enough gems to unlock the next level.

Highlights:

Hours of play: 36 levels over 3 different worlds
Fire, Ice, Rock, Multiplier, Splitter, Countdown and Explosive pegs make each level unique and challenging!
Accessorize: Unlock unique items to dress up Momma as you play including kicking boots and a mustache!
Challenges: Bronze, Silver and Gold medal awards per level
Game Center enabled with Achievements and Leaderboards

Kickin Momma is available in both Standard and High Definition

The SD version of the game is recommended for 2nd generation devices and older such as iPhone 3G and includes lower resolution graphics to help improve performance on older devices.

The definitive HD version is also available, running native on iPad and supporting retina display with hi-res graphics and a full motion introduction movie of Kickin Momma herself!

Looks like a Peggle-like.

Hi, you seemed to be lost on the Internets.
This is TouchArcade, where 2$ for a game is too much, 5$ is an outrage, and 10$ or more is putting sugar in their car tanks whilst killing puppies.

kinda strange that they have a non-retina enabled version for $2 and a retina enabled HD version for $4. Can anyone tell me how the graphics of the cheaper version look on a 4th gen? I've kinda gotten used to retina graphics

This give Peggle a run for its money. While it doesn't have frills like replays and such each level is fun to play. Great production value and is genuinely charming, which is something that always felt a little forced in Peggle, in my opinion. Peggle feels clinical until the final celebrated ball while this game has the little baby creatures bouncing around while the mother reacts to every round, even when balls bounce back at her.

The game attempts to adorn the Peggle formula with the personable characters now found in popular Appstore casual games, and I think it succeeds. Add this to Temple Run as another must purchase casual game surprise this week.

The retina thing is a bit confusing yeah.
