I have the boxed version of Lego Batman for Mac, and it worked fine with my gamepad. You can also the keyboard and reconfigure the controls any way you'd like. For two-player games, one player can use the keyboard and the other a gamepad. Or if you don't have a gamepad, a single keyboard can be used by both players, with controls configured at opposite ends.

If you're concerned about whether a particular gamepad or any other setup will work with the game, I would just email Feral Interactive and ask them. It's a very friendly, Mac-only company.

Thanks, I guess I didn't consider a gamepad. I will have to look online for one as no stores around me carry any.

I think the Lego games are better with a gamepad, but keyboard will work if it's all you've got.

I think you need third-party driver software to make those work, but I'm not sure.

I have been reading that PS3 controllers will work but I can't figure it out. I can get it to show up as an accessory but the four lights never stop blinking. Seems like it is paired and not connected or connected and not paired, not sure what the issue is.
