I don't think I'd call it a downgrade. I've had the PC version since it was released on Steam and been playing the iPad version for the past 40 minutes. The big difference is the lack of direct control of the commander, but honestly, I thought it was one of the weaker aspects of the PC version. I'm REALLY liking the iPad version.

I've only gotten through the first 5 missions, so I'm not sure what the difference may be between the PC and this version as far as number of missions are concerned, nor if all the cut scene movies are included or are missing. It feels like fewer cut scene movies, but I'm not 100% on that.

they trimmed down the graphics, particles effect and some light effect which is not good for us the iPad 2 owner. but the gameplay still great. overall this is a must have title.

Does the game consist of a high varity of enemys and self froces? It seems quite repetitive when I am watching the demo video. Thanks!

Should I buy the iPad (2) or the iPhone (4) version?

I couldn't resist the interesting vid and the positive buzz and bought this baby even though I hadn't planned to.

BTW, when the opening vid was playing I accidentally hit the screen and cut the vid short. Does anyone know who I can view the entire introductory vid? I can't find it from the Main Menu or Options or Help.
