Repair Drone's comments:
You might have noticed that we've just released a major update for Robot Rampage, one of our delightfully destructive classic iPhone/iPod Touch games.

We've also been working on Robot Rampage HD, a dedicated iPad version! Get stomping on the big screen with all the new improvements: multiple game modes, new pickups, high rez graphics, and in-app purchase robots and environments.

Take control of an atomic robot invader to stomp, burn and nuke your way across endless randomly generated city levels. Carve a path of carnage through the fully destructible scenery. The pathetic human military will oppose you - how far can YOU rampage?

Enjoy!

A direct port of the iPhone version with rescaled graphics. Even though it doesn't appear anything special was done to utilize the bigger screen area, it looks and plays great!

I feel I should try this purely based on Sentinel 3 being such an immense game, but it looks a little like it'll be fun briefly and then get quite repetitive in a bad way.

Anyone got any thoughts?

It's a very different experience from Sentinel, much more of a casual pick-up-and-play game. I'll be running a promo giveaway in the codes forum over the next couple of days, so you could try your luck there
