This has to be one of the weirdest premises I have ever seen for a game.

Downloading even though I question the realism of any game that has a child as a long range sniper!!! I mean come on, kickback alone would be too much for your average kid.

wow what on earth? I'm going to check this out immediately!

I also laughed Hodapp, when you mentioned the kickback for your average kid. That was a good one

Actually, when I was 9, I fired a sniper rifle out on a ranch with my dad and it had virtually no kick. Back on topic, can you tell if it has good gameplay when you get past the really weird theme of the game?

OK, this game owns.

Unique concept, great execution, cute characters, upgrade system that will keep people with RPG fetishes satisfied, and really fun.

You have three kids who are camping out in their fort defending themselves from a zombie invasion. The kid on the far left has two weapons, one that acts as a machine gun and one that acts like a shotgun. (They're nerf-like weapons though, not real weapons.) The girl in the middle shoots a long range sling shot, and the kid on the right tosses out dodge balls which act like bombs.

You tap each child to use their weapon, and while you're using them, the other two will act as AI allies and attack as well. They start out pretty useless, but you can upgrade their AI. I put two ranks in to their AI and they're pretty decent now instead of just standing there and shooting randomly. Other upgrades amount to upgrading your spotlight (which seems to increase how far you can see) and repairing your fort.

As the battle goes on more and more zombies come, and stronger zombies emerge which take more than one shot to be slain. I don't think this is the kind of game you'd sit down and have a two hour long play session, but as far as a cute pick up and play that loads quickly that you'd play for a few minutes at a time... Kids vs Zombies fits the bill nicely.

Link worked for me...not sue why it would get pulled

Certainly an interesting premise, looks like it could be fun. I await impressions

Edit: ahh, thanks Hodapp
