With all the closed or open betas nowadays people seem to expect devs to have them test their software for them.
Not expecting, but certainly hoping
I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to participate in the beta test as long as you undertand it is a favor to the dev, not a reward to the player. It could very well be a broken game and you are dedicating your time to help make it better.
I've beta tested quite a few games and while I of course get excited to get a first look at some of my favorites, I certainly don't expect a finished product.

So, just to recap:
1. Our goal is to get the game done during this year.
2. We release on PC first, followed by iOS and Mac.
3. The game will kick ass!
I am ready to buy it for PC as soon as it comes out. Should be a good one! I love Undercroft, Eye of the Beholder, The Quest... I can't get enough of em!
