CornerChaos is out

CornerChaos - $0.99 - 1.6 MB

After the Color Drops surprise (a very polished game free) I've decided to purchase CornerChaos, yet another match color game.

This game, along with its slick presentation, has a "zen" and paced gameplay.

As the game description says you roll the ball (it's just a tap) into the groove area to match 4 or more balls of the same color. Each groove (you can see 4 in each board corner) leads a ball to a direction but the center of the board is the final destination.

If you tilt the balls in the slot above the board will respond and it seems you can change the upcoming balls.

A joker ball appears from time to time in the small slot below the board too. Tap it then tap the groove to use it.

There's no timer so you can play it with no stress at all.

One of the great things about this game is the balance. I've played only "Medium"(*) and it seems just perfect (not too easy, not too hard). Though it seems obvious (a medium not too easy not too hard) not all games nail it nicely.

(*) About difficulty modes:

- Easy: starts in Level 1
- Medium: starts in Level 3
- Hard: starts in Level 5

The game also has an online high score but it's a link that opens in Safari. Something that can be improved in an update.

Just in time: the game has a one step Undo feature and it can properly resume.

In resume it's a great game for $0.99.

Ugh, this looks like exactly the type of game I do not need another of... and yet, I am still inexplicably intrigued... Will probably pick it up today...

Is the update good to get?

New version is out and one if the things added was a 150 ball limit like in the lite version. Maybe this is good but limits like what is in a lite is generally not a good thing. For people that have this, what do you think?
