Loved the game its a shame months later they still havent figured this out and im not the only one complaining, search Jetpack Joyride there is always 2-3 people on different websites like Reddit etc that lost all their progress and IAP randomly for no reason.

you know the devs are really cool you should ask them for help and they will get you fixed right up..just saying you acting like that is ridiculous, if you only see 3 people with the problem it must not be everyone now is it?

What about iCloud? Is there any plans for that? Because it makes no sense to have it on my iPad and iPhone but with a game like Leaguenof Evil 2 it works beautifully

There sure is! It's something we have been thinking about for a while. It's a bit trickier for us than most games, due to the fairly open nature of the way the game works. You can complete missions in any order, buy whatever stuff you want and so forth. It gets tricky when you have 2 devices that get out of sync and progress in different directions, trying to figure out exactly how to assimilate that data back into a single set without doing the wrong thing, and without confusing the player.

The way we are looking to handle this should not only give you guys the stuff you want out of iCloud, but other cool stuff as well. It's just going to take some time

Ive actually emailed the devs at least 5 times and then gave up bc i am not going to fight for a 99 cent purchase in the app store.

It's just the principle of the matter.

Jetpack was one of my favorite games for the iPhone. I actually bought it and gifted it to a few of my friends and convinced others to grab it. So yeh i feel slighted big time.

Ive yet to get a response from them so until that happens I am going to keep my negative opinion about the game and the devs.

I emailed them over 5x, no response.

I bought the game when it first came out and gifted it to a few of my friends. Convinced a few others to purchase it.

Immediately purchased some IAP after a few days and the coin machine.

I am not fighting for 99 cents its the principle of the matter.

Jetpack Joyride was my favorite game for the iPhone and probably my favorite mobile game of all time. I spent hours and hours playing. But after losing all my progress and IAP and then being ignored by the devs yeh I am going to be bitter and have a negative attitude sorry thats my right and to be honest can you really blame me ?

What else should I do? I emailed the devs. They failed to respond. Should I go to the press about the dollar i lost? No but its a shame bc i loved the game

I keep posting my response and mysteriously it keeps getting deleted.

I contacted them 5x via email, 5 separate emails no response

I purchased and gifted the game when it first came out.

I purchased IAP including a coin machine

It was my favorite game, I spent hours playing, only to lose it all, including my IAP, for no reason randomly.

No effort from the devs to contact me about what happened so yeh I am going to be bitter and negative about the game and devs. What else can I do? It's been months

Either they are way to busy or they specifically are ignoring me. I am not even looking for a few dollars back but an explanation and apology would be nice, something.

Gadgets are great. Love the way it can mix up the game every time you play. Variety ho! These new achievements are....interesting. How exactly do you start a game without breaking the wall?
