I live in Alaska and downloaded the game in a bar as soon as it was available. After finishing by beverage, I went home to play this game without the internet (no PvP). Around noon AK time I finally got situated in the PvP where i proceeded to complete the PvP promotional challenge in about an hour (9th on the leaderboard). I got a fairly good night sleep and completed several hours of work at my job before the short PvP romp. No money was spent in game and the entire process was really fun and did not ruin my life or bank account.
It would be cool to see more critical (FAQ-like) descriptions and questions in forums about cool games like this rather than uninformative whining. Not trying to say that whining isn't okay, but it actually makes my experience with new games worse. Does anyone know at what level purple items can be made? Seems like it is level 40 maybe. The orange items appear to show up at level 80. Does anyone know if these numbers are correct? Peace |

For those that have downloaded the game is it really that great. I've noticed a lot of gamevil's games on the AppStore have a ton of five star reviews. This game out of about 497 reviews on the AppStore already has 4 four star reviews and the rest five star reviews. Just wondering if those are real justified five star reviews? I know it's only a buck but to I can't stand KRPG and all these in app purchases to free up the game if your in a bind in the game. On top of that I feel that IAP once bought should provide unlimited resources you have paid for the service, but need to pay again to use it again is BS. Just another way for developers to nickel and dime us out of more money.

I agree with RadChad1
I have just downloaded this game as it looks great and i like this kind of Zelda style gameplay. But I hate games that make you buy In App Upgrades in order to progress. I'd much prefer to pay a higher purchase price if necessary rather than constantly pay extra to get on in the game! It kind of makes me feel a little exploited somehow?? Perhaps its just me? I do like the look of this game though! |

Yes, it does. I just converted my gunner to a Weapons Master with Magus -an NPC in front of the Grudge Cave. It is a non-reversible conversion.

Anyone knows is $0.99 is going to be the normal price or if it's a temporal thing due to the game's launch?

However I'm pretty sure you really like AB so you'll like it more than this game just because it won't beat whatever favorite you have =p ----- Does anyone know when the pet powers activate? I don't notice any glimmer or message so all I see is a pet flying around me constantly. It'd be nice to know when some of the powers activate |

I do feel like many ppl enjoy this game, or at least what theyve seen of it so far. But it just doesnt seem to me like anyone here wants to call this rpg great. Ill gladly listen to more of the up sides of the game (hey i might even buy it, still gave a $50 iTunes gift card to burn). Im just kind of waiting to see what more ppl actually think about the game. Ill admit im attached to Aurum Blade (its the only game ive continued to play after beating it the first time through), but it doesnt mean something else cant replace that just as easly. |
