3rd place - Mud Dragon

When floating on water this six-legged gluttonous beast looks like a giant piece of a hippo's dung. Some say this keeps the predators away, but in reality this so-called-dragon has no natural enemies... Or friends. Can be found in various dragon parks only because it completes a set.

2nd place - Iceberg Dragon

This jolly fella looks like he always smiles. That is a common miss-conception. It simply can't close it's mouth due to enormous teeth. This cruel joke of nature makes this dragon pretty pissed off at everybody it encounters. He loves sinking ships and killing wildlife with upward swipe of its head crested with a huge horn. Since this homocidal dragon is also a cleanliness freak it also eats everything it kills. This is the main reason why these dragons are morbidly obese.

1st place - Quicksilver Dragon

Encouraged by success of some astronomers in de-listing Pluto as a planet, a group of dragon naturalists tried to delist Quicksilver dragon from a list of known dragons. Unsuccessfully so far. This dragon was a love child of mud and iceberg dragons. That explains the extreme ugliness of this particular breed. Some wizards suggested that a metal dragon may have been involved as well but all metal dragons vigorously denied the accusations before eating the offending wizards. This dragon is a perfect example of why developers should not drink and take drugs at work. These dragons are paid bribes to remain in the water at all times to avoid driving away visitors. Let's face it - mud and iceberg do a great job of it already.

P.S.- Devs, if you are reading, WHAT THE HECK!???!!!
I agree this is very well written a great laugh. Very nice job. More more.

I am so ambivalent about DV right now. So discouraged-haven't gotten over not being able to breed a second Emerald (my birth stone Dragon). I know I know! At least I got one. But what can I say, I'm a bit of a brat. I have also tried everything to breed a Pearl. And still no success. Then we have all these new dragons, that I can't even breed because I'm trying so hard to get Pearl!
Then there's the question of room. My hibernation cave is packed with 100 mostly high-level dragons. I've sold off most of the lower level ones to make room. I'm now to the point that I'm going to have to sell off some of my level 15's to make room for all the newer dragons. It costs a lot of money!!!! to get a dragon to level 15. And I was hoping to keep them so I could level my shrines up to 20 someday. (wow! That's a pipe dream isn't it?)

I can't imagine how some of the people who couldn't get an Emerald must feel! It kind of makes me very sad and a bit angry.

See? Have kind of been staying away because I'm so negative. I'm also in a bit of a time crunch lately, so it's hard to find time to even read the posts let alone post any myself.

Well, back to more futile breeding. Hope that you are all having more luck than I am (and more fun).
Oh Aly!!! I feel really bad for you

So sorry you're having a hard time - maybe your mini rant will have the desired effect and your luck will turn! Fingers crossed for you.

I got 2 pearls within a few days of each other, unlike the emerald which took me a lot longer! I'm hoping that an easy time this month doesn't mean a hard time next month because that's my birth stone!!

I was sort of trying to level up some dragons to 15 and filling my hibernation cave but it's too much like hard work!!

At least we have eugekava to cheer us up!!!

Yes, I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, because for some reason, my mud dragons are among my favorites.

I don't think the quicksilver dragon is so bad: it's cute like a pug or bulldog is cute.

I did find the gemstone dragons pretty disappointing so far, though, especially the pearl dragon. They're VERY small, and not as sparkly/shimmery as I thought they would be. I hope they experiment with different looks, for the remaining months.

I quite like my two Pearl dragons. I find my self just watching their antics. Flying and diving in the pool...occasionally taking a drink even. I think they are absolutely beautiful.

I really wonder what the Opal dragon will look like...looking very forward for that one.

And looking at the calendar....we should be getting a summer dragon around the 20th I bet.
