Avoidance: A Knightly Duty (TeamBPS)


Avoidance: A Knightly Duty was design to be a small simple game for anyone to play on the iOS platform ranging from iPod touch and the iPhone, to the iPad.

The idea was to create something so simple but so captivating that people would go back to try and beat their previous scores or their friends scores. It was also designed so that it could be played for a short period of time for those waiting on trains or in taxis or even waiting rooms so that had something to pass the time with.

So we came up with the idea of a small game that the objective was to get passed different obstacles from one side of the map to the other, and we thought what better way to make it even more fun would be to give the player a bomb with a set timer to make it to the other side of the map or die.

It was decided that we would set it in medieval time, which is noticeable throughout the environments you play.

Currently learning iMaschine and Garage Band.

To be honest, walking of the knight seems a little stupid. But enviroments look amazing!
