You've called your game EA - Escape Apple, which violates EA's "EA" trademark, and quite openly too, as well you know. If the game's called Escape Apple, there is literally no reason to have "EA" form part of the title, especially in such a manner as implies the game is developed by them.

You're clearly trying to piggyback on their reputation and on app store searches for EA, and even if you deny that's the case you'd have a pretty hard time convincing their lawyers of it.
