It's made the devs of 9 innings and Chronicles of Inotia. This looks a lot more polished than both of those, though.

So does anyone understand the gameplay yet? Is it like tap tap revenge or something? Actually I would love a game like the PSP game (what is it called?) where you make rythm taps to instruct a tribe to attack or defend and stuff.

You must be talking about Patapon, I didn't find it that great for some reason.
