If you hate iTunes sync system you will love iFunBox.

Simple drag and drop technique for copying files from your iPhone or iPad to your computer.

iFunBox is for Windows OS only, and it's only for advanced users.

It's not only for advanced users, it is so simple and easy to use. I tried putting Earthbound and also a save file for it I had on my computer. Loaded up my Ipod and was able to "continue" the save file. Just simple drag and drop.

ifunbox won't ever have music syncing that will work in the native iPod app. This is because iTunes compresses music files when you sync them and changes the file names. If you've ever extracted music from an iPod you'd notice the 4 letter file names of songs, unless the song is played through iTunes it will be called like JDBD.mp3
