Took a chance on this one and so far I'm quite liking it.

One minor detail irritates though, and that is the method of selecting the number of units. Maybe I'm just sausage fingered but I keep missing the box and ending up scrolling around the map instead. My preference would be for a wider, vertically scrolling box for this purpose, more like you see in other apps for changing times and dates amongst other things.

Might also be nice to see more eye candy for the iPad 2 version.

How does this compare to the 360 version as far as graphics and effects and polish?

If only there was a demo version, just to try it out. All well, I probably will end up buying despite the fact that I am not interested in turn based strategy games.

Do yourself a favor and don`t buy it. The Game is as much Turn Based Strategy as it can be so it would be 100% not what you are looking for. This said the Game is still worth every $ i have paid for it.

I bought it anyway and it's pretty good. I just need to learn a bit more about it.

Guys, it's only me, or anyone else is experiencing constant crashes on the iPad 2 ? (latest iOS version)

Everytime the game goes to the background, it crashes when you try to resume. Changing tasks, locking and unlocking the iPad, anything that removes the focus of the game make the app crash when you try to resume it.

Are the developers aware of the problem? I've already tried rebooting the iPad in any way possible, reinstalling the application (and losing my progress, thanks for that, btw)...

Any workaround? This game is awesome, but having to set the Auto-Lock to Never and use this app exclusively during a whole mission is a little drastic, don't you think?

Couple of questions that I hope someone may be able to answer.

1. Can the music be turned off during gameplay?
2. Is it possible to select different levels of difficulty in Campaign mode or is this only available in multi-player?

ugh, a bug in this is pissing me off. if you kill an enemy player and they have carriers, you inherit them. however, theres a max of 3 carriers. so if you have 2, and kill an enemy with 2, the game freaks out and just sits there. you cant end your turn or anything. its happened twice in a row for me now!
