Apple approval takes usually 6 to 18 days. Once its approved we probably will send out some promo codes to media sites to get their reviews ready before we actually release it. So its up in the air but def were talking next few weeks time frame unless apple rejects it for some reason.

Also when these promo codes go out is when we will select our facebook contents winner who will be able to download the game that day, so get on there, and like the game if you want a chance at a code.

Sounds good and not too long to wait then, really looking forward to this one as it has been growing more and more on me since I've read the beta reviews and it has been far too long since I've got to enjoy a monster capture game.

I myself am not on facebook but I'll patiently wait on to buy it on the public release date. Also thanks for taking the time to respond to my comments, the iOS is rather unique in the fact a lot of communication between customers and developers can take part and allow a hand in shaping the direction of a game.

Thanks for your comments! we've changed quite a few things based on feedback (including a complete overhaul of dungeon graphics, which was a BIG pain, lol). we appreciate constructive criticism, as the goal here is to make a great game. While we will work on the game based on further feedback after release, we strongly feel Dragon Island Blue is already in its own league, not just a pokemon clone.

Oh yes, I'm not saying it's a Pokemon clone at all, I'm rather interested to see how the different mechanics will play out and the storyline? (I assume there will be some form of storyline involved.)

I'm part of the beta tester group, as you might know, but I've got one - what are the update plans for the game, if any?

As it is, I see a whole lot of content available, but do you have anything in mind for the future? Something to expand the universe, perhaps?

Yeah. If the game is a hit, there is so much we can do. The engine for the game is extremely flexible so some things that are very possible are:
Unique items(unique gems, and unique soul stones)
Secondary stats for monsters(the game had a stat that was +20% to fire attacks as an example, but we removed it due to time constraints)
Monster tiering system. Think Slime-D vs Slime-A
Build your own adventure(Long term goal)
More high level content
More side challenges. Perhaps an endless battle where we have a leader-board to see who can survive the most waves.
Multiplayer battles(Not going to be in an early update as this is a big task)

And finally what is most important is finding out what the community wants to see.

And PS I do know about you and am so thrilled that you were one of our testers due to your commitment and the effort you put in to making this game awesome.
