I hear you. Many, many times I end up with a decent score around Wave 10-15, lose my team, and then I just can't maintain the interest in going it alone... Maybe some day, but probably not.

Funny about the DD gear, you've convinced me on the Paladin pants! I wear them all the time, unless I know I'll be in a score round, like with B2 & SG. Definitely full DD with those guys!

I'm on an iPhone 4 running iOS 5. You?

Next time when playing with you and hopefully Bravo and Scary Guns...I'll definately be in full DD gear. Unsually when I play by myself or with random people, I'll either be in full Paladin gear or full Paladin wearing the DD pants to get that little boost of speed which does help.

I need to grind for awhile to get a good rifle. Once I have a good rifle...I know I will be able to hike my way up on the leaderboards and score like you legends. .

The Mariachi pistols are good. But definately not good for sustaining 100 multiplyer in the later waves....just wont happen with those pistols. Those pistols are great for the campaign and early waves....but for the most part not helpful in scoring in the later waves. Only good for survival not scoring in the later waves. . The rifles...the one you use is what its all about.

Whats the quickest way to earn crystals? Currently I have 13 and I can't grind for hours at a time. I want to buy the Minotaur rifle.

Quick is of course relative (), but Campaign 2, "The Dig" I think? The one with the Crocs and Mechs is pretty good. Campaign 3, the one right before the Contaminator Boss is also pretty good. In general, I like camping out where the Crocs are. Well, in video games anyway.

Bear in mind, neither is lightning fast, and also you're going to want to play at the highest difficulty you can comfortably manage. Personally, I would play Hell on either and initiate spawn sequences before backtracking while using Medipacks liberally as needed...

I kind of wish we could trade gear back and forth, because I would lend you my Minnie in a heartbeat while I continue attempting to tame the Behemoth.

I love the Behemoth, but I'm not ready to use it seriously yet. Maybe some day...

The Minotaur is kind of like the "Swiss Army Knife" of BT.

Im currently playing chapter 3 on hell mode. Those spiders are meddlesome to say the least. Those Lurkers especially the boss ones give me the heebie jeebies.

Do you own a Flamer? A Flamer will make the Spiders and Lurkers much easier!

You can also r-n-g the Lurkers/Champion. Use the area you're in as a miniature Co-op MP arena...

The Lurkers creep you out, huh? For me it's the Spiders. That whole level gives me the creeps. Big time.

The Crystal farming level I was talking about is the one right after the Spiders/Lurkers. You'll know you're there when you defeat a Drill-Mech Boss and have to crawl into a little cave...

I could not agree more!! I just completed Chapter 2 Hell mode and got 12 wonderful crysties ...

I am grinding like crazy these days to be able to buy everything that comes with the new update. Maybe some nuclear portable device which allows to pass wave 19 just pressing one button?

IMMO, I would give that title to the Nine-Inch. It is the only weapon that is 100% useful in all environments, situations and against all type of mutants.

Talking about the spiders, they are also my particular nightmare. And I can put all of them to sleep on all modes only with my old Nine-Inch. I tried with all top tier weapons (Gojira, Behemoth, Phoenix, etc.) and all of them failed. Only the crossbow did it elegantly.

Or maybe I do not know how to properly operate the other pieces of hardware

Yeah, I'm not sure why, but Chapter 2 has always treated me better afa Crystal farming goes...

I'm right there with you! I'm freaking out about the update and hoarding Crystals like a, well, like a person who obsessively hoards Crystals!
