I'd really love to play this game but I just can't get it to run 100% smoothly. There always seems to be a very slight distracting lag when the environment is scrolling. Is my iPad 1 too slow? If that's the case it's no biggie cause I'm gonna upgrade in the spring but I'm really eager to play this. It looks just my cuppa tea

Wish i could help you there. It runs smooth as butter on my ipad 2. The game is great and offers a lot of replayability. I'm currently max level now (40) and probably logged more than 100 hours in the game so far.
