Anyone tried Co-op MP today?

I just hooked up with a couple players, very team-oriented (after having 4-5 games end before they began due to dropping out), but the lag was KILLING our game... finally dropped out completely at wave 5. Ugh.

I really hate it when I find good teams and the game dies on me...

That's strange. Have you tried to play a multiplayer game alone without problems?

Glad you are still enjoying the game.

Never have any problems when playing multiplayer alone. Only problems occur during the later waves when there are many enemies on the screen with other players.

i can play multiplayer mode alone with no problem at all but one thing which is getting to me, I dont seem to be able to join up with a friend of mine who is on my game center friend list but i can play with any random players with no problem.

Another thing i can join him only when we connecting on the same wireless network (same room). We just tried now using two different routers in a same room and it keeps giving an error "Connection failed Please try again later." or something like "the game does not exist anymore" (i cant fully remember that one). these are the same errors we get when his at his place and me at mine which is quite a few kilomiters away.

we both using ipad 2

Anyone who can help with this?

I have 15/20 achievements; none reflecting in game center

How to make them appeared without achieving them again !!!!!!

Hi! Would love to help you out, but it's so difficult with these network and multiplayer issues, as the problem can be a boatload of things. For example are there any restrictions in the router you are using, or any network settings that might prevent your games?

Have you tried removing him as a friend and then adding him again, it sounds like something has gone wrong with your friend registration.

The message "The game does not exist anymore" usually occurs when you just opened the game but the Game Center banner haven't shown up yet (even when you are opening the app from the task bar). After seeing that banner saying "Welcome back, <nickname>", you should be able to find your friend's game.

While the error "Connection failed Please try again later." is harder to deal with. Sometimes, after repeated effort of joining a friend's game in the lobby, you will eventually get into the game. Sometimes, the issue just persists and you will have to go to airplane mode and relaunch the game. This usually solves the problem.

In fact the connectivity issue also occurs when you play with random players. When you see the flash (<1 sec) of the lobby screen and then see yourself hosting a lobby, or when you see some players joining and leaving your lobby in just less than a second, most likely there is a connection problem between you and the other player. When a 3rd player tries to enter a coop lobby but leaves almost immediately, the game will start with only two players.

Hi, welcome to Toucharcade.

It sounds like there's a sync problem between the game and Game Center. Have you tried closing the app completely, logging out of Game Center, loggin into Game Center again and finally open the app again?

Could you check two things for me as well, are you able to play multiplayer? And does the name of your character reflect the name of your Game Center account or does it simply say John Irish (You'll find this at the customization screen).

1. I did try to log out/in solution from Game Center; It did not help.

2. Yes, I can play multiplayer. Achieved Bravo Team today while Game Center logged in and showed 1/20 achievement in Game Center.
While other achievements achieved while Game Center was off.

3. My character reflects the name of my Game Center account.

Any other solution please.
