How do you access the sky age prisoners? Do you have to defeat Ryth first?

In the place where there are two doors, one which leads to the Goliath and one which leads to Thane, select the door which leads to Thane, and then open the door with a large key. You have to defeat the first Thane in order to open this door.

So I'm playing legitly and I'm having trouble getting one hit killed on my lvl 43. I have only out skill pouts into health and attack but I keep getting one hit killed. Anyone have any advice, equipment, or can tell me their lvl when they beat all the prisoners? Thanks

The enemies level changes depending on the rebirth you're on.
If you want to beat them and feel you're underleved you can just go to options and restart from rebirth one.
You keep your level, gold, weapons, armour, etc.

Aside from that option... Play better. J/K.

There seems to be a level cap of five on helmets,shields, armor and rings..
Which means you can´t go any further...
