There was a hint I was finally able to read. If I'm understanding it correctly the success of crafting or enchanting is dependent upon our "luck". As in possibly enchanting with high +drop% equipped buffs may help.

Yeah, I really have no faith in jail breakers who download cracked games to purchase them... Could be the Pope, wouldn't believe him if he said "I just downloaded a cracked copy to check it out and see if I really wanted to buy it"
