I believe they are found all the ancient dungeons. If it drops a unique, it'll drop a unique card. Also, some arena's drop them.. I got parks unique card from worst combination arena

Combining only give you normal mob unique card. Boss unique cards I believe are from killing bosses or chests. So far haven't found one.
