I'm looking forward to seeing how things progress. I love the depth and number of strategies in the game!
For sure the ACR team read the forums and add the bugs to their database, so they will eventually get fixed.
I think the ranking system and the trading house have alreay been announced for future updates
Tournament structure and host tournaments are logical steps forward

Yeah. I don't wanna shell out for cards I need five copies of from Assassin packs at this point... A secondary market would be a heavensent.

Yeah, VERY fishy.

I have NINE Forli (an assassin site rare) and only 3 Quick Study. (Uncommon)

I need the Quick Study.

Default My boring Blue/Green Pan/RI deck

My first attempt at Pan/RI.

I was buying Assa packs waiting for my forth RI and I didn't get it. WTH. So I built with whatever I had. 7 wins straight on PvP. Tested vs AI before bringing to PvP. Thrashed AI to bits.

Won against the top ranked player just before posting this.

For card description: I highly recommend:

http://www.hatenintendo.co.uk/acr

Green:

5 Knowledge is Power
5 Science method
1 Lab research (to be replaced by QS)
3 QS (Quick Study)
5 Indepth
3 Engineer WR

Blue:

3 RI (Would put in at least 4)
5 Forced
5 Pan

Gold:

5 Pilfer Supplies
2 Glitch
3 Heirloom (to get glitch or Pilfer)
5 Plentiful

Total: 50.

Strategy:

1 track route to victory. Get the Pan out, Pilfer, and RI = win.

Various ways to get Pan/RI:
  • 5 Science method
  • 1 Lab research (to be replaced by QS)
  • 3 QS (Quick Study)
  • 5 Indepth
  • 4 Engineer WR

I've never needed the Glitch. Am considering other options.

Any suggestions?

It's quickly becoming a boring deck to play though. Wins too easily.

Notes: Counterspells aimed at RI would ruin this deck. So I would want the 4th or 5th RI.

Am considering 1 Monteriggioni.

Yea, I can't wait to see Brontobeuf back in the action as well. As far as I am concerned, you both are very skilled.

Thanks for the site decks friend. I needed a good starting site position. These will definitely do!
I'm really happy & grateful for your consideration, but I don't see myself as a skilled player, simply I'm happy to play and to try various decks and of course I'll be happy to know any suggestions... Brontobeuf is a very good player instead, simply check previous comments from him and you'll soon understand. My only decent experience was playing magic as pro in past times (Ravnica set, mostly drafting and standard play).

Last important tip (and I don't create any themed deck, simply check by yourself with your card pool - as I do for me) from me is please, stop talking about how much costly and needed for win is an Assassin booster, it's a complete waste of time in every sense: everyone who bought Assassin's Creed Recollection must have prior in his mind that the game itself feature buying boosters. Is it costly? They steal your money? They don't give cards you pick from already opened boosters? They gave you no rare from one opened Assassin booster? Simply report the bug, report the problem via Apple Store... Don't complain about costs or Assassin boosters being impossible to gain via multiplayer matches (though I can perfectly understand - actually I haven't figured why this absurd leaderboard method and the daily cap of 300 animus, in this fact I'm totally with everyone who hate these things!): when you choose to play a game like Magic:The Gathering, you cannot hope to not spending some money in cards in order to be competitive. It's a matter of personal priorities and how the whole product is sold: are there necessary iAPs? Ok, forget it... Or gotta go some money and go get'em some boosters. I've spent less than 80 euros in total, in fact I have some decent cards (wanna have FIVE San Gimignano!), but I'm totally crap on crime faction cards... For example, cards like Rosa In Fiore, Magianis and the Ezio killer one are absolutely my first pick if possible, if I have them in enough quantity.
And even with 5 copies of each, it's still NOT GUARANTEED to win against everyone: this game has more space for "evasive strategical maneuvers" to win than we can imagine... Even with his daaaamn bugs! ^^

1. I hope this forum is read by Ubi guys....this forum is probably most used for discussion.

I would suggest all to join this forum too: http://acreedrecollection.proboards.com/index.cgi

It's more organized for specific discussion.

2. The Auction/Trading house needs to be implemented ASAP! If my guess is right, there are a lot of frustrated players out there with ideas for decks but are unable to build them due to restriction on cards they need.

As far as my decks go, I'm currently playing a Purple Carnevale/Calling All Stand Ins/ Exit Stage Right deck that does quite well. A blue/green Juno deck that does better. I've dabbled in site decks and I tried a version of Brontobeuf's early fatty deck, but I'm lacking more copies of several key cards so it doesn't work that well.

After all that my most consistent deck is a lowly thief deck made mostly of templar cards. It's super fast and reliable and the best thing is that it either wins or loses very fast.
It's quite simply to understand if you do a careful check on my decks. Except for the "joke deck" which is restricted exactly to 50 cards, any other is structured with at least 65 cards for a matter of control choices. I've played intensively most control decks, and since I go firsthand with a minimum of gold reserve pumping method, I like to have various options to choose during gameplay, and every control deck has one point in common: time to do anything. Of course, against weenie decks is hard matchup... Until a wipe comes out. I play ACR when I have some free time, don't really care the leaderboard, and play 13/15 matches (random) daily when possible, with ease, with good winning ratio, without any need to hurry up my gaming experience. I like to play these games, that's all from my point of view. Hope I've cleared my tastes lol... ^^

It's the famous "Adaptability vs Consistency" debate.

Decks like the RI/Pantheon one you posted above is why I never play anything that doesn't run either By Court Order or Scientific Espionage (neutralize target action and put it in your hand). Sometimes I won't have them in hand and lose, but they're absolutely needed for the current meta IMO.

I fully agree. Counterspells are great for this meta.
