Another issue might be that this game is limited to iPads, where other games can reach multiple platforms. Shadow era can be played on android pc and iOS all with the same account/cards. I like acr more but that is quite an attractive feature and it allows more than just iPad owners to participate in the game... Bigger player pool is important.

I've been messing around today with a green blue control deck.. I think my list Is pretty standard and it's the deck I have the most cards for probably just from luck of the draw out of packs.. Cesare and a davinci are my win cons... Started with Juno but switched cause she wasn't having much impact on the game where da Vinci and cesare can change the course of game mid game. Just a question why is quick study a common and the gold only search a rare.. Doesn't make sense too me.
The gold-only search is a surprise card, that's why.

QS is a uncommon, but some of us speculate that it's a 'rare uncommon', meaning to say that it's rarity is close to 'rare' than 'uncommon'.

Heirloom is a surprise, of cos.

I stopped playing with my insane fast RI/Pan. But when I did, heirloom was a priceless card for me.

I used to do Heirloom/Pilfier/Pan/RI in half a day. If my opponent cannot stop the RI, he's a goner in half a day.

Even though he might, he still has to deal with my science study, QS, indepth, and multiple RIs.

But I stopped playing it. Got bored.

By the way, I hope not to mention too much, since it's mentioned at the Unofficial forum, there are huge card bugs that needs to be fix. I am encountering many people nowadays exploiting them (including me), but I am seeing the light now (although I do not blame the players, I blame the devs)

If the meta is flooded with those 2 cards, the game will become 1 sided and lose a lot of players.

That's rather depressing to see, considering how expensive the game is.

FYI, ACR is already losing traction. The ranking charts show the game dropping down considerably. Personally, I think the pricing model is crazy.

Am I the only one unable to play oright now?
Each game, I have to wait for the opponent to select his sequence, and then, flip a coin. Either I win, or I lose after the minute of waiting time.

Each. Single. Game.

I have been playing fine off and on for about 2 hour, but maybe 3 games in that time span I've had that same thing happen too me where it said waiting for sequence but all three were victories for me. I had one where it said I disconnected right at start

Family Heirloom is Gold and therefore can be matched with any other colour while QS is Scholar so can't be matched with 2 other colours It does make sense from that perspective.

Check out our bunch of decks that a lot of people have shared, there're some great ideas there. And also share your deck with us, we'd love to assist and make suggestions http://acreedrecollection.proboards....cgi?board=deck

I feel sorry for all of you that dumped money into this buggy mess. ubi couldn't care less about your bug complaints. It will never be fixed. Luckily, i didn't give them a dime. The pos crash fest that is the server is one thing, but the hilariously one sided matches is another. Both pathetic. My favorite part is giving people xp after autoquitting when seeing the zillionth thief/pantheon deck. Have fun climbing the ladder of 'achievement'.

I achieved 'most copies of useless rares'.

It boogles the mind that some of you actually spent upwards of $500 on this unfinished beta. $500 on an ipad game? UBi is laughing at you and so am I.

It's like how the casino is. Some people like the thrill, the ride. I've spent a lot, had lotsa fun but I won't regret it if I stop playing today.

It's a free world.

Today the new Ubisoft forum may be fully operating (they said 9 january), hope some people will send them buglist/wishes etc (actually I still have very little free time, I'm @work btw), for sure I'll stick with my 2-star review until they release a proper update.

@Raphael Majere: luckily we're in a free world, even boring trolls and 500 bucks moneywasters (really? REALLY???) are free to wander! ;-)

Hope this game will receive major fixes and more consideration, even at this state is still enjoyable and decently shaped.

Any ETA on a iPhone/iPod version, if there is going to be one?
