Aussie Track Pack 1
* Rainforest
* Outback 1 (with dust storm...roadkill?...kangaroos watching at the side?)
You could add utes/Aussie roadtrains/Holden type cars
* Mountain Bluffs (Cliffs/Ocean/Mountain) ... elements
suggestive of Great Ocean Rd & Blue Mountains
* Summer's Paradise: GC style track with skyscrapers
and beach. Maybe a lot of trash and random destruction left from Schoolies

World Drive 1/2/3/4
These tracks could combine famous world bridges
and landmarks. 1 could be Aussie, 2 Europe
3 US 4 could be Asia. Surreal but could
be cool. Good way of incorporating world appeal
without dedicating entire tracks to them

Track editor & sharing
Some tracks that take 1 min per lap
Car or decal editor

Redwood forest track
Race the (Steam) Train challenges

Bathurst style circuit (maybe 45 secs per lap)
Endurance races. Perhaps ability to set time given to user
Custom playlists

Multiplayer doesn't work. Your opponents car gets stuck on the screen when both of you are racing. This was over bluetooth, haven't had a chance to try wifi multiplayer.

Anyone else have trouble on the 10th track of the Xmas Cup? If you passed it, what car did you use? The Racer bounces way too much. The Fruit Ninja car is a bit better, but I still haven't passed it yet.

Loving these ideas...I had thought of something like a mini Nurburgring...

maybe some F1 style cars too!

World drive sounds really cool, but they'll have to make the map quite big otherwise it won't look very nice..

^ Why not tracks with multiple routes? That way you can have a big map without necessarily changing the short lap nature of play? They could even crisscross a bit or maybe you could affect other routes thru your actions eg flood a roadway or block it by setting a boulder rolling or something.

Just wait, devs are aware of that issue, here's what they replied to me on twitter after my question about not saving game progress.

Default Mini Motor Racing (and HD) Version 1.1.1 submitted to Apple

Hi guys,

Mini Motor Racing update 1.1.1 (for iPhone and iPad) has now been submitted to Apple for approval. We've extensively tested the game on all devices and iOS configurations and have the memory (read: crash) issue fixed. Here are the notes for the patch!
  • Crash fix for those affected
  • Increased width of 'Desert' track to help with late game progress
  • Increased width of 'Cliffs' track to help with late game progress
  • Race lines added to Ruins to make navigation easier
  • Added auto-flip orientation for all devices
  • Save checks added to ensure progress retention
  • Optimized in-game performance for older devices increasing frame rates and decreasing stuttering
We are approaching Christmas so Apple is no doubt very busy with lots of reviews, but we hope for a speedy approval!

- Ingmar
