i know, but since i just got an RPG from Kemco(as mentioned b4, Symphony of Eternity)... while i finish it and some other games i just bought, I think im better off waiting for a sale instead of just buying it now for the time when i actually get the chance to play it

This reminds me a LOT of Wild ARM's on the PlayStation. Does anyone know what I mean? I'm tempted to pick this up, just based on that connection!

Edit: Can't find it in the UK App Store, sadly

Bought it. The plot and dialogue are abysmally bad even for a mobile RPG. 'Old School' seems to be a convenient tag/hook to stick on shoddy 2d RPGs >.>

I have to agree with you. I have Alphadia, Symphony of Eternity, Eve of Genesis and Fantasy Chronicle (still haven't played Fantasy Chronicle because of my huge backlog) and all of them are quite mediocre to me. I really like a good JRPG and played a lot of them on my iPhone, but all of the Kemco games I played couldn't keep me interested for more than a couple of hours. They all have some good, interesting features (like skill system / tablets in SoE) but it gets messed up in other areas (shallow combat, poor plot, wooden graphics etc).

So for me none of Kemco games are worth the full price, but if you are REALLY hungry for a JRPG this sale is a good moment to grab the game.

Favorites: The Quest Gold + expansions, Mission Europa Collectors Edition, Ascension, Jet Car Stunts 2, Junk Jack X, King of Dragon Pass, Kingturn series, Mecho Wars HD, Mini Dash, Mos Speedrun, Ravenmark, Sonic series, Fall of Angels, Highborn, Solomonís Keep / Boneyard, pixel art games, remakes and ports of classic games.
