meant to post this but you beat me to it.

honestly, i did not even know that this game exists for the iOS. i used to play this game all the time on my old iPaq (circa 2005). it really is an awesome RTS. i saw this a few minutes ago on appshopper while eating my lunch and i almost choked lol. anyway, the first thing that i did upon launching the game is search for the skirmish tab but i could not find it. is there no skirmish mode in this version?

anyway, awesome stuff and also first time free since december 2008 ?! this is the longest that (that i've seen) a game remain paid before going free.

Noise brings so many things, make my tingling skin freeze.

This is a great game (best game I ever played on Palm OS) and it is worth every penny of the asking price and it is a small app so it can fit on any device. Wish they would add retina or make an iPad version. I would GLADLY rebuy.

I second this. I bought it a while ago, and it is an amazing game. And I don't buy very many apps.

Wow, this is only 3.9MB?

I'll probably download it, but this isn't as good as LASW, right?

it's a bit different with a story and mining aspects, but I'd have to say no, LASW is, IMO, more enjoyable than this - but then again, I am only 2 stages into this one... so that could change further down the mission list.

I bought both LASW and WI and yes, I think LASW is better. However, the online multiplayer feature of WI is great also. But, still, both are amazing and now is the perfect time to get them because both apps are at their lowest prices ever!! LASW is $2.99 instead of $5.99, and WI is free.

Always like a little RTS action and this isn't bad, particularly for the size.
