App description: "There really isnt anything to fault with this game. You might pick this game up intending to play for just a few minutes but it sucked me in as if Smash was targeting me himself! 9/10" - Calmdowntom.com

"The game play animations and mechanics are incredibly smooth and responsive. Cat Dash is a joy to play, smooth, responsive and a different game every single time you play, which greatly adds to the playability of the game." - App-Score.com

"Certainly, if youre into cats and endless runners, this ones for you." Appadvice.com

"Cat Dash is a great option for those long waits in a doctors office, a commute to work, or a time-waster before bed. For just $1 on iTunes, you really cant go wrong!" - Respawnreload.com

CAT DASH is 3rd person runner with 3 characters, each with very unique gameplay mechanics which allow you to experience a single game concept implemented 3 different ways.

Easy to play, while having enough gameplay depth to take weeks to perfectly master. Simple enough for a 3 year old while still being challenging enough for a 30 year old.

DASH:He's your standard cat with a standard jump. He's the smallest cat, making him the easiest at avoiding obstacles. He can also grab an extra fish in his mouth at full health for an extra damage shield, which along with a lime hat power-up also serve as score multipliers - so avoiding danger will yield even higher scores.

SMASH:Is morbidly obese, making it harder to avoid obstacles. He's so fat his paws don't even quite reach the ground and he has to writhe in the direction he wants to go. He also can't jump, but he can sure eat! His main ability sucks up all objects in front of him to then be spit back out at anything in his way. All of his power-ups play on his size and his sense of hunger.

FLASH:Is super agile and mildly fragile. Her jump is low energy but she takes double damage from hitting anything. Her jump also works in 2 parts; the take-off and the stomp down. Stomping down on objects initiates a chainjump allowing her to keep jumping on objects and receiving a stacking score for as long as she can keep stomping down on objects.

3 Characters:Unique gameplay and abilities for each
3 Sets of 4 Power-ups:Different sets of power-ups for each cat.
Health and Energy:Timing your ability usage requires strategy.
3 Gameplay Modes:2 Minute quick play, challenging normal mode or endless.
3 Control Types:Swipe Tilt or press. Play how you want.
Portrait and Landscape:2 Handed for extra control or 1 handed for convenience.
5 Star Scoring System:Attaining 5 stars requires true mastery.
Built-in Help Menus

Cat Dash requires iOS 3.1+ and will run on most devices. For optimal performance, iPhone 3Gs / iPod 3rd gen or newer devices are recommended.

You should try it yourself. While the gameplay is accessible it can be fairly challenging, especially in normal mode.

My girlfriend, who was actually the programmer on the game, has only been able to finish normal mode once or twice with the easiest character. There's a star rating system and to get 5 stars in normal mode is going to take some serious effort, there's a lot of tricks to learn for each character to be able to really max out your score. Simple dodging won't do, you need to take some risks and and I really built it with some gameplay depth in mind.

The surface simplicity of it is deceiving.
