then you visit the ipad thread. the topic title says by E.A. and the whole thread is about not wanting to buy it because it'll be a dollar so soon.

Im super duper excited, but I know that I just have to wait 1 week and it'll go on sale. I can wait.

Yep, as planned. It's strange how this game hasn't gotten much attention though.

I doubt it, to be honest. I'm sure TGW has a say in when their app goes on sale.

Game Impressions

Look the game is two bucks so I won't be mad if it does go on sale soon for a buck.

Anyway, the game is great. I've only played the single player campaign so far. I'd say this game is basically more of the first with better graphics, more troop types, and more types of cover to hide behind. Framerate is smooth on my iPhone 4. You can upgrade and buy more troops by getting prestige points earned by completing levels. You can also buy a bunch at once using IAPs (you can even spend 50 bucks on 200 points if you so choose).

Overall, a nice game that is basically an improvement on an already solid title. Can't wait to try out the multiplayer.

Much better game overall than its predecessor, from graphics to content (including gameplay improvements of course).

Just one little problem, IAP seems to expensive - a dollar for 2 perk points and 2 dollars for 5, going upwards to $50 for 200 perk points. Not saying IAP is bad but, a dollar for 2 perk points is a little too scarce to make the purchase worth the monetary value. Just saying.

It's because this game is now by EA that the first one was pulled and this one came out. Disappointed that there's IAP though in this kind of game.
