Our first game, Rex verbi, was recently published. It's a word game similar to Scrabble with dictionaries for ENGLISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN, DANISH, NORWEGIAN and DUTCH.

NP!

What do you think about the game?

We're considering what features to include in the next update(s). Any suggestions?

Howdy martinjo!

I didn't get a promo code, so can only give suggestions based off the screenshots you posted. I love word games and have played quite a few of the current ones on the App Store. Asynchronous multiplayer would be top of my list to make your game competitive in an already crowded market. Making it universal will widen your customer base considerably as well.

From the screenshots, it looks very nice (I like a classy, clean UI). Are the graphics Retina enabled? Font looks nice and is easy to read which is a plus as well. Score summary is something I haven't seen alot of games do but is a nice addition for those that really want to dig into the nitty gritty of their games.

Hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions!

Multiplayer is definitely on our list, but it' also one of the most time consuming features to implement (if it's to be done well anyway). Right now I actually think we'll do an iPhone version before adding multiplayer just to increase our user base. Without users the multiplayer feature would be quite dead anyway i guess.. :/

Anyway I'll PM you a promo code so that you can check the game out!

Bummer. Missed out on the codes. Just got home and saw the new thread. Good looking interface, lots of polish and scrumptious eye-candy. While you note the similarities to Scrabble, could you pls embellish what is different, too? Also, it'd be cool if you could post a gameplay vid. Good luck with your game!

I got one of the free promo codes and played a couple of games..

I do like word games too and I really like this game! It has a lot of polish and it's tough (well i suck at Scrabble ).. For those people looking just to challenge the computer AI or don't mind just passing the iPad around, I would wholeheartedly recommend this game over the overpriced IAP laden "official" Scrabble..

If you just keep the game the way it is but add a multiplayer online element, I think you have a killer Scrabble app! Keep up the good work.. This one stays on my iPad for sure..
