Can't believe they got away with mentioning the iCade... Has Apple loosened up their stance against it?

Seen it mentioned quite a few times on other games, dont know if they have softened their stance, its all a bit silly when a lot of games are icade compatible but theyre not meant to mention it, ridiculous really

Well of course it's silly, and yet it's been going on for how long?
