I remember reading on another thread about a game crashed if flipped one way or the other, so I played it "upside down" with the home button on the right, and it didn't crash again.

Great update. As usual, three starring the new campaign wasn't too difficult, but the Heroic and Iron challenges are a bitch (I just lost Heroic on my 6th or so try with TWO enemies left). Becoming one of my most played apps ever (and I'm not especially a fan of the TD genre). I am not at all unhappy I paid full price.

I have just made a gift to a friend of mine - this game. it's really very good! But 0,79€ is really too cheap, it is woth much more money.

Such a good game! I'm a chronic non-completer when it comes to games, and I finished this up, and went back to make sure I got all of the achievements done as well. Can't wait for the update, and well worth the full price.

Thanks again for the sale. I bought this game based on the strengths of the reviews. I typically hate TD games but, Kingdom Rush stands out as one of the best games created for the iPad, TD-genre or otherwise. This is a keeper.

Wanted to chime in to say how great Kingdom Rush is. Picked it up on sale and it is fantastic. The level of polish and charm is amazing and I've enjoyed it more than any tower defense game in a long time. If you like TD games at all this is a must-have.

Seriously though, the Ruins Heroic and Iron were challenging, but still not as difficult as Sarelgaz lair. The Forest Trolls, while intimidating, are actually not that difficult once you figure out the trick to taking them down, but those Worg Riders gave me all sorts of fits.

Because I prefer offense to defense, I did all three new challenges without using any barracks. In fact, I've been able to complete all of level 12, 13 and 14 without barracks except for level 13 iron; I would appreciate any tips from people who have been able to complete that level sans barracks.

It's crazy how addicting I'm finding this game. I keep playing it over and over despite having cleared all of the levels.

Spot on, my friend. What i'd like to know is what other TD games exist out there with similar amounts of charm/gameplay/funfactor which are worth checking out? Would rather sift through the mess of TD games out there based on opinions out there than try a bunch myself.
